Locked In – Terms of Service

Welcome to Locked In (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Locked In mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region) to use the Service. By using Locked In, you represent that you meet the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Locked In provides tools for personal productivity and wellness, including:
- Habit tracking
- Personalized program generation
- Workout tracking
- Progress tracking
- Daily journaling
- Other features designed to support personal growth
Locked In is not a medical, psychological, or fitness professional service. All content is for informational and motivational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
You may enter, upload, or store content such as habits, workouts, journal entries, and progress data (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You agree that you will not upload:
- Illegal or harmful content
- Content that infringes the rights of others
- Automated or malicious data
You are responsible for ensuring backups of your own data.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to the handling of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Locked In may provide habit recommendations, generated programs, and workout-related guidance. You acknowledge and agree that:

We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from the use of the app.
7. Subscription & Payments (If Applicable)
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
By making a purchase:
- You agree to the pricing and billing terms presented in the app
- All payments are processed through your platform’s app store
- Refunds are governed by the app store’s policies
We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools
- Interfere with security or server infrastructure

Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately
- We may delete your User Content, as permitted by law
You may delete your account at any time through the app.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (or $0 if you have not paid)
Some regions do not allow limitations of liability—if so, these limits may not apply to you.
